Day 1 USA/BANGKOK:
Aboard your flight to Bangkok from JFK/ LAX..
Day 2:
Cross the international dateline.
Day 3 BANGKOK:
Arrive in Bangkok, the bustling capital city of Thailand.
Transfer to Hotel Mandarin/Asia. We'll have a free evening for optional
pursuits, perhaps the famous nightlife.
Day 4 BANGKOK:
After breakfast by motorboat down the Chao Phraya River and the Klongs, observe the farmers
in their flat bottomed boats market their produce, photograph magnificent
temples along the water-ways. Afternoon is free.
Day 5 BANGKOK:
Sightseeing the Grand Palace, one of the most beautiful
places in Bangkok was built in 1782, Wat Phra Kaew or Emerald Buddha Temple,
carved out of a block of Jasper. The Golden Buddha temple, the biggest of pure
solid gold with its 10 ft. high weighs about 5.5 Tons. Wat Po The Reclining
Buddha, the oldest and largest of all.
Day 6 BANGKOK/KUALA LAMPUR:
Today fly to KualaLampur, transfer to Hotel Plaza /Grand
Pacific.
Day 7 KUALA LAMPUR:
Visit the highlights of the capital, which include the
verdant Green belt and Lake Gardens area. Also visit the National Museum, the
Parliament House, War Memorial, Negara Masjid and brightly decorated bazaars.
Day 8 MALACCA TOUR:
Visit Malacca, a historical city which the Portuguese,
Dutch and English once used as a trade center for the Spice Islands. Visit
Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, the oldest temple in Malaysia, the ruins of St. Paul's
Church, Christ Church, and the Malacca Museum and a beautiful sight of the
Malay houses along the roadsides.
Day 9 KUALALAMPUR/KUCHING:
This morning fly to Kuching. This riverine town watches
over sampans which sail back and forth along the Sarawak River. This afternoon
explore the bustling port, which exports rubber, pepper, and copra and birds
nests. Visit the Sarawak Museum, which treasures cultural and archeological
find, including stone-age implements excavated from Niah Caves. Finally visit
Fort Margherita and Rajah Palace. Hilton Hotel.
Day 10 LONGHOUSE TOUR:
Visit this unique design for communal living is only
found in Sarawak. Each long house holds 9-10 tribal families in a communal
hall.
Day
11 KUCHING/SINGAPORE:
Today fly to Singapore, transfer to Hotel New Otani/
Miramar. Day at leisure.
Day 12 SINGAPORE:
Today visit the city's multi-cultural sights, drive along
the water front past Raffles Place and the Supreme Court to China Town, where
we take a walking tour of this colorful section, plus a visit to Hindu Temple,
continue on to Mt. Faber, the highest point, to observe the panoramic view of
the city and harbor and the Botanical Gardens. 
Day 13 SINGAPORE/PHUKET:
This morning fly to Phuket, arrival transfer to Hotel
Patong Beach Resort/Sea view Patong Resort. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at the
hilltop restaurant with panoramic views of the city.
Day 14 PHUKET:
Begin your day with wonderful tour of the city visiting
the ancient monuments, colonial homes and the pearl farm. Optional seafood
lunch at one of the grand seafood restaurants.
Day
15 PHUKET/PHANG NGA:
Early morning coach drive to Phang Nga province, where we'll board the boat for
a fabulous tour along the picturesque Phang Nga bay, visiting prehistoric
frescoes on the cliffs of Khao Khan. Lunch will be at Phang Nga Bay Resort
Hotel. This evening return to Phuket.
Day 16 PHUKET:
Free day in Phuket...beach, sun and surf
Day 17
BANGKOK/USA:
Today fly home from Bangkok for Los Angeles/New York,
with connections to other cities.
