Day 1 USA/INDIA:
Your India tour begins with a welcome aboard our India-bound flight to Delhi, enjoying hospitality fit for royalty by silk sari clad hostesses. Indulge yourself with delicious Indian and Continental cuisine.


Day 2 DELHI:
Arrival in Delhi, where after a traditional Indian garland welcome you'll be escorted to Hotel Grand Intercontinental/Hotel Taj Palace.

Day 3 DELHI:
Bombay skyline and Gateway of India
After breakfast you are off to visit the capital city. The tour will include the Presidential Palace, Parliament House, India Gate, Qutab Minar Tower, Jantar Mantar, the fashionable Connaught Circus. Red Fort Chandni Chowk, Mahalaxmi Temple and Mahatma Gandhi Samadhi. This evening enjoy a truly spectacular Sound & Light show at the Red Fort, showcasing the glorious Mogul period in India. Dinner at the hotel.


Day 4 DELHI/UDAIPUR:
Breakfast at the hotel. Time free in the morning. This afternoon fly to one of the most romantically beautiful Lake Palace, Udaipurcities of India, Udaipur, situated in a natural setting which include lovely lakes, marble palaces, luxurious gardens and Royal Temples. Stay at Hotel Shiv Niwas Palace/Trident Hilton Resort. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 UDAIPUR:
Morning sightseeing tour includes City Palace built in 1725, Moti Mahal, Palace of Krishna, Jagdish Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Saheliyon Ki Bari, The gardens of Royal Harems consisting of beautiful lawns, gardens and fountains. Afternoon enjoy a cruise on Lake Jiapur palace, India travelPichola surrounded by the magnificent sights of royal palaces and castles.

Day 6 UDAIPUR/JAIPUR:
Flight to Jaipur. Check-in to Hotel Jai Mahal Palace/Raj Putana Palace hotel. Today travel in the style of Emperor Akbar to visit Amber Fort AMBER - Just 7 miles north of Jaipur with its a honey-colored fortress-palace in the Aravalli Hills. Enjoy an elephant ride along the fortress ramparts. The sombre exterior belies the richness of the royal apartments which open on to striking views of the gorge. Walk into the Sheesh Mahal and admire the A warm welcome to Indiaamazing interior décor thought of over 200 years ago. The Hall of Victory presents a galaxy of decorative art panels of alabaster with fine inlay work. For this evening, we recommend a rickshaw drive around the city displaying local life style in the ancient biblical way. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 7 JAIPUR:

This morning after breakfast, visit Jai Singh’s Observatory built in the 17th century by the founder of Jaipur who, besides being a prince was also soldier, astronomer andElephant ride,india builder. This is an architectural feat, drive past the Hawa Mahal an elaborate building encrusted with delicate honeycomb screens and carved balconies from behind which the royal Zanana, could view the world outside, the City Palace now a museum exhibiting fine Rajput and Mogul paintings, rare manuscripts and an armoury, and explore the exotic bazaars.

Day 8 Fatehpur-Sikri/AGRA:
Enroute to Agra you'll stop at Fatehpur-Sikri, the deserted sandstone city built by Akbar. This imperial complex of forts, palaces, mosques and temples was short lived and today is a haunting testament to that era. Fatehpur Sikri is the best example of the culmination of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Fatehpur Sikri Mosque is said to be a copy of the mosque in Mecca and has designs, derived Sheesha Mahal, Jaipurfrom the Persian & Hindu architecture. Late this afternoon we arrive in Agra. Hotel Taj View/Clark' Shiraz. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 9 AGRA Taj Mahal & Red Fort:
This morning Stand awe-struck when you visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, certain to be an India tour highlight, as the colors on the white marble building give it a mythical aura. Completed in 1643, this exquisitely detailed monument is considered one of the finest architectural achievements. Our next stop is Agra Fort, built principally as a military establishment by Akbar in 1565, the red sandstone Agra fort was partially converted into a palace during Shah Jahan's time. Though the principal structure was built by Akbar, many more additions were made by his grandsons.


Day 10 AGRA/KHAJURAHO:
After breakfast aboard Shatabdi Express we head towards Jhansi, where we'll drive to Khajuraho. Enroute sightseeing will include Orcha, a medieval city founded by Bundela rulers with palaces and temples of the 16th andMeet me at The Taj Mahal, at sunrise 17th. century, which have remarkably withstood the onslaught of time. The city is picturesquely flanked by the river Betwa. (alternately, can fly via Delhi) Arrive Khajuraho and transfer to Hotel Taj Chendela/Radisson.

Dinner at the hotel.

Day 11 KHAJURAHO/VARANASI:
This morning we'll visit the Tantric and Jain Erotic Temples. You will be amazed by the erotic intricately carved poses sculptured by the religious devotees, which cover the shrines. This afternoon we fly to Varanasi, the most sacred Hindu city in India. You'll visit Sarnath where Snake charmer, IndiaLord Buddha revealed his enlightenment to Nirvana. Hotel Taj Ganges/ Radisson hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 12 VARANASI/KATHMANDU: Our day begins with a boat ride on the Ganges River, whose holy waters draw thousands of pilgrims. This remarkable tour shows the cleansing baths and burning cremation ghats of Hindu Funeral Rituals. Afternoon fly to Delhi and onwards connection fly to Kathmandu. Airport transfer to Hotel Yak N Yeti/Del Annapurna. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 13 KATHMANDU: Kathmandu and Patan
We begin this day with a morning tour of Kathmandu city, visiting the Temple of Hanuman, Dhoka Square, The House of the Living Goddess, the Royal Palace, and the city markets. Afternoon sightseeing in Patan, city of ancient architecture and fine arts, renowned for its silver, copper and bronze work. Evening free.

Day 14 KATHMANDU:
Royal ride to Amber Fort Mt. Everest Flight Bhaktapur.
Morning is free with an optional (but recommended, not included) flight-seeing tour of Mt. Everest. Ample time for shopping for antiques and gifts. This afternoon we'll visit Bhaktapur, the city of religious devotees built in the shape of shell, visit the Lion Gate, the Picture Gallery, the Golden Gate and the Palace of Windows.

Dinner at the hotel.

Day 15 KATHMANDU: Dulikhel

Today after breakfast, we will take a pleasent trip in the country side of Nepal for a scenic drive to Dulikhel. This Shawambhu Nath Temple, Kathmanduvintage point offers panoramic views of most of the Himalayan range. Dulikhel is a photographers paradise.

Day 16 KATHMANDU/MUMBAI:
Today fly to Mumbai, India's gateway to the world, an international city that is a cultural amalgam of East and Western cultures. Hotel Taj President/Hilton Towers. Evening at leisure.

Dinner at the hotel.

Day 17 MUMBAI:
After breakfast we cross the harbor on motor-launch to visit the fascinating Elephanta caves, carved in the form of Lord Shiva in his triple aspect.a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the rock-cut cave temples with sculptured interiors dating back to the 6th century. Afternoon sightseeing tour includes the Gateway of India, The Prince of Wales Museum, Mahalaxmi Temple, Nehru Park, the famous Malabar Hills (Passage to India was filmed here). We return to hotel via the famous Marine Drive of Bombay Harbor.

Day 18 MUMBAI/USA:
Early this morning final departure from Mumbai.
