RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
Early reservations are suggested to ensure the tour of your choice. A deposit of $200.00 (Non-refundable) is required per person within 7 days of booking for most tours, however some tours require 25% deposits. 21 days after booking a second payment of $300.00. The balance of the cost must be paid 75 days/or sooner prior to departure. Bookings within 75 days are due upon confirmation. For peak period booking and certain tours may require urgent payment upon confirmation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
If you cancel your reservation, your deposit and all payments will be refunded, less a cancellation fee as follows, plus any other charges not retrievable from overseas suppliers. More than 60 days prior to departure $1000.00 per person. 59-46 days prior to departure $2500.00 per person. 44-31 days prior to departure $3500.00 per person. Less than 30 days prior to departure no refunds. No refunds on unused services. For peak period bookings and especially Palace on wheels are completely nonrefundable. Travel insurance is recommended.

Air transportation applicable as per Airlines' tariff based on date of issuance of tickets and are subject to cancellation and change penalties

NOT INCLUDED:
Visa fee, tips, travel insurance, airline/airport taxes and articles of personal nature. We will be happy to arrange your visas at additional cost thorough our visa handling service. Details and visa applications will be provided upon receipt of booking.

POSSIBLE CHANGES:
Himalayan International Tours (Div Of Himalayan Wonderlands, Inc.) reserves the right to cancel any tour before departure. In that event the entire payment shall be refunded without any obligation to the tour members. Unexpected and unforeseen local conditions beyond Himalayan lnternational Tours and their associates control can prevent the completion of an itinerary, or necessitate alterations in the itinerary, due to seasonal variations in climate, changes in airline schedules and equipment, strikes, civil disturbances or political unrest, etc. Himalayan International Tours reserves the right to alter or curtail the itinerary as is deemed necessary and any resultant expenses will be borne by the traveler.

And/or their agents and associates give notice that all arrangements for transport or conveyance or, for hotels or for trekking and cruise accommodations, are made by them as agents upon the express conditions that they will accept no responsibility in respect of either person or property or for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of war or of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours, trekking or cruise or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servants Luggage is at owner's risk unless insured. The organizers reserve the right to change hotels if any way necessary. The carriers, airline or steamship providing transportation for the tours arrange only for such transportation and are exempt from responsibility for any act, omission or event during time the passengers are not aboard their craft. The passenger's ticket in use by the carriers, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser of these tickets and I or carriers. Tour itineraries and dates may be affected by changes caused by transport or other services in various countries The right is reserved to withdraw any tour in the program. to make alterations in itineraries found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper operation of the tour and to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time All fares shown or otherwise indicated are based on current rates of foreign exchange in relation to US dollar and are subject to change (or adjustment in the event of changes therein All rates subject to changes.
